Janeth Herrera is Group Director, Employee Experience at VMLY&R Commerce. Her career in Human Resources spans across various industries, including corrugated packaging, television, sports, and advertising. Throughout her career, Janeth has been instrumental in key business areas, including restructures, employee relations, on-boarding, and performance management.
Janeth holds a BA from Hofstra University, is active in her community via volunteerism with several organizations, and lives with her daughter, Gabby, in the Hudson Valley, NY.
