Amanda Bailey is currently an Executive Vice President of Client Engagement at VMLY&R Commerce. In her role, she’s focused on driving transformation to help brands and retailers reimagine commerce to accelerate growth. She’s led the way partnering with her cross functional team on driving innovation through integrated experience led planning, building Brave creative ideas, new retail media capabilities, OS platforms, and more. She’s driven by her purpose to enable people around her to feel what’s possible and achieve it.
She’s been an intrapreneur within the commerce space for over 13 years, helped win over 20+ industry awards, and has incredible depth and breadth of experience having worked on over 300 brands and across every major retailer/platform. In her free time she also leads a personal branding immersion in partnership with the Walton College of Business as part of an upper-level Marketing Management class. The immersion helps student uncover their purpose, identify their core values, and ultimately build confidence and tools to help them as they enter the workforce.
