Chief Experience Officer

Jacquelyn Baker leads the Experience Planning practice for VMLY&R Commerce, inclusive of retail intimacy, experience strategy, and retail media. With over 20 years of industry experience, specializing in CPG, she serves as a thought leader and strategic guide for clients across digital innovation, ecommerce, and omnichannel customer strategy, defining and activating connected commerce for across retail customers.

Jacquelyn has been with VMLY&R since 2011, managing several global WPP client engagements including General Mills, Kimberly Clark, Mead Johnson, Diageo, and Kroger/84.51. Jacquelyn has a proven track record for leading multi-agency engagements, architecting and activating bespoke WPP service models for clients. In recent years,  

Jacquelyn’s efforts and leadership have garnered multiple awards on behalf of the agency and our clients. Jacquelyn was named the Account Leader of the Year by Campaign US in 2022, a 2021 Women of Excellence Innovator award winner by Path to Purchase Institute, and a top female business leader of Cincinnati by Forbes and Fortune. Her accomplishments have garnered exclusive memberships in both Chief, a female executive community, and the Biz Journals Leadership Trust. Jacquelyn is a frequent industry speaker and editorial contributor including appearances at WPP Commerce, Brandemonium, LBB, The Drum, WARC, AdAge, Forbes, and others.

Jacquelyn holds joint bachelors degrees in Marketing and International Business from the University of Cincinnati, along with an MBA. She currently lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband, Matt, and son, Jackson.
