AN UNCERTAIN 2022 – SHIFTING CONSUMER CONFIDENCE & SENTIMENT

Consumers are starting to breathe easier from COVID, but they are not at all confident in 2022. With consumer sentiment now at 66.8 (lowest in 10 years) this continues a 3-year long decline in optimism. The commerce industry is now selling to the most pessimistic consumers in a generation.  There is a real opportunity for us to help them financially and attitudinally by helping them shop and buy better.
