WPP was one of the 14 most significant commerce service vendors evaluated by Forrester in The Forrester Wave™: Commerce Services, Q1 2021.
WPP received the highest scores possible in12 criteria including Omnichannel Commerce Strategy, Organization Design & Change Management, Global or Multibusiness Unit Commerce Architectures and Vision.
