Multiple markets’ back-to-back wins across multiple categories.
Geometry, WPP’s End-to-End Creative Commerce Agency, recently scooped up multiple awards at the MAA GLOBES Award. Three markets – India, Vietnam and Australia – were awarded in multiple categories, demonstrating the best of the best in the marketing communications industry.
In January, Geometry’s India team won an Effie and late 2019, Geometry APAC won the Network of the Year at the Dragons of Asia for the fourth consecutive year. Jesse Lin, Geometry APAC CEO, said on the winning streak, “The back-to-back wins show the depth and breadth of our work. It’s amazing to see our creativity unfolds in different markets and cultures, as we unlock commerce’s creative potential everywhere. We are in the middle of transforming Geometry APAC into a Creative Commerce region. With a renewed focus on creative, we will continue strengthening our offers to meet our clients’ high demand on conversion and speed.”
Mike Da Silva, Director, MAA GLOBES & COO MAA Worldwide, also commented, “Only Gold, Silver or Bronze winning campaigns from MAA Worldwide Partner Programmes spanning 25 countries were eligible to take part in the MAA GLOBES this year. This is the first time Geometry has participated in the GLOBES. As an indication of the quality of the group’s work in Asia, the three markets have taken away four GLOBES. Additionally, the ‘Beginning of togetherness’ campaign was shortlisted for the Best of the Best in the World, Red GLOBE, which is a testament to Geometry’s strong creative.”
The Marketing Agencies Association Worldwide has represented the interests of marketing communications companies for over 50 years, offering networking, collaborating and intelligence services to global members. Incepted in 1986, the MAA GLOBES has been the elite results-driven global award recognizing the very best of marketing communications campaigns from all over the world.
