Prior to joining VMLY&R Commerce Mexico, Tejera led the Connection Center, a Global digital transformation and customer centricity asset for Grupo Bimbo, created by Findasense, with a presence in five markets, where he directed the global strategy with an incredible team of more than 70 collaborators.

Santiago Cortés, CEO of VMLY&R Commerce Mexico, assured that: “Agustín's versatile background leading business units and working for different industries in fields such as Data, Media, Strategy and Digital Transformation will further enrich the diversity of capabilities in the agency. We are excited about him joining the team.”

"These pillars will be integrated with the creative area led by Adriano Lombardi and the Technology division led by Christian Rocha to generate synergies that will allow the continuous development of advanced solutions for our current clients, while we expand our business portfolio in collaboration with Inés Sologuren, to facilitate new business opportunities,” said Agustín Tejera.

Likewise, the manager assured that: “Factors such as the growing formalization and digitalization of companies, the accelerated changes in purchasing behaviors derived from the pandemic and the increase in banking use, pave the way for solid growth in e-commerce. In this sense, VMLY&R Commerce México is at the forefront to offer effective and personalized solutions.”

Agustín Tejera has specialized in business coaching, change management or the design and creation of organizational structures. Additionally, in Mexico he has been advising on marketing, media and digital transformation to more than 100 brands and startups from more than 30 industries for 11 years – promoting extraordinary and multidisciplinary teams, as he will do at VMLY&R Commerce Mexico.
