Victoria Chu is an experienced marketing practitioner who thrives in fast-paced, result-driven environments. She brings with her over 16 years of through-the-line experience in advertising with extensive hands-on knowledge in the automotive, finance and FMCG industries.
With over 10 years focused on digital marketing at Saatchi & Saatchi Arachnid, Victoria led the charge as Head of Client Management across all brands.
In 2014, she was amongst the pioneering team leads for P&G Asia’s digital acceleration hub. She spearheaded the development of eCommerce, SEO, UI/UX and CRM global toolkits for Pampers and Olay.
Her entrepreneurial spirit and keen eye for business development was evident in 2018 when Victoria as General Manager, led the growth and success of Alchemy79 – the content/creative subsidiary of Invictus Blue Group. She ran the agency like a start-up, operating with a core team supported by a pool of development partners to maximize agility.
At Alchemy79, she led the win on multiple international brands including BMW Creative AOR, Libresse, Burger King and F&N to name a few. Within its first three years, the agency was not only profitable, but recognized as an award-winning agency bagging multiple awards across categories including Effies, Markies, MEA, even the title Agency of the Year for Appies and a Grand Prix at MSA in 2020/21.
