With unemployment rates in the U.S. now at 4.6% (a record low) and over 7 million workers choosing to sit-out the recovery, our industry needs to define how to make our commerce industry attractive to workers again. Lack of workers (not consumers) is already putting businesses and our economy at risk, again. We need to make commerce a great choice for workers through better pay, better flexibility for employees and better customer journey for happier consumers.
