Will Good is the Global Head of Business Development at VMLY&R COMMERCE. In this new role, Will is responsible for building a robust global new business infrastructure to deliver against the agency’s strategic priorities. With accountability to grow global clients and improve local capabilities while leading and contributing to a number of major pitches, Will works to establish global new business strategies that imbue a unique new business culture of “hunger."
Will joined the advertising industry in Moscow at Grey, where he spent 5 years working with P&G, Mars and others on their key brands’ consumer and customer engagement programs. He then relocated to the UK, working in Lifestyle PR across the fashion, entertainment and travel categories in boutique agencies. Will then joined Ogilvy, working on BAT, responsible for the global management of Viceroy and Peter Stuyvesant, before taking over as the European Business lead for the BAT VFM portfolio two years later. At Geometry, Will held many roles including most recently as global lead on Coca-Cola where he managed, serviced and grew the business putting commerce at the core to steer our global teams to identify and spot the opportunities that deliver sustainable business results for clients.
Will has received numerous awards including Cannes, Clio, One Show, D&AD, Global Effies, and US Shopper Effies. In his free time, Will enjoys complaining about his football team and has a questionable liking for Trans Am’s, NASA, Country Music and 70’s Hard Rock. He is married to Katy with three children; a data scientist, a champion ice skater and the future captain of England. He enjoys being with them as much as he can.
