Working across the agency’s global leadership team, Lindsey's focus is to drive VMLY&R COMMERCE’s corporate reputation with both internal and external stakeholders inclusive of its brand identity, internal comms platforms, PR, social media presence, thought leadership /content program, employee engagement strategies, award and conference strategies, event planning and more. In this role, Lindsey is responsible for managing a community of marketing and communication leaders committed to creating deeper connections and alignment with the company’s mission to ‘reimagine commerce’ in all parts of the world.
She has played an integral role in leading the transformation of Geometry and VMLY&R and the launch of VMLY&R COMMERCE, creating clear points of integration across communications, culture and platforms.
Lindsey's ability to lead with passion and positivity has earned her the reputation of a highly-trusted and collaborative partner amongst her peers, committed to seeking out solutions that deliver both impact and growth. Previously, Lindsey served as Head of US Marketing & Communications at global media agency Wavemaker, supporting the company’s re-branding efforts from the merger of MEC and integration of Culture & Comms to drive a more meaningful employee experience. Under her leadership, Wavemaker and MEC received Ad Age’s Best Places to Work recognition, and was featured across countless business and advertising trade publications spotlighting its leadership, achievements and perspectives. She also served as a member of the GroupM Operations Leadership Board driving transformation through the acceleration of growth, collaboration and connectivity between GroupM and its agencies. Prior to this Lindsey was responsible for the Marketing & Business Development strategy for Beanstalk, Omnicom’s leading global brand licensing agency.
Lindsey resides in New Jersey with her husband and two young sons whom keep her on her toes each day.
